Shipping & Returns

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. Please make sure you have added the correct size and the correct shipping information before checking out as we cannot modify any orders once they are placed. In some cases we may be able to adjust orders 24-48 hours after the store has closed.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can no longer assist with these issues 30 days after the order has been delivered. 

Shipping and Transit Times
Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for fulfillment from the date your order was placed, speciality items may also be subject to a longer fulfillment period.

Please note that shipping carriers may encounter transit delays. In any case you see carrier delays, please contact the shipping company directly.

International Shipments
Customers are responsible for all custom taxes and duties once an order is placed.
